Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern Your access to and use of the game Warrior of the Wasteland (the "Game" or "Service"), operated by WOW GLOBAL GAME ENTERTAINMENT LTD, 66 Manchester Road, Swindon, England, SN1 2AQ ("Company", "We", "Us" or "Our"). By downloading, accessing or playing the Game, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading, or using the Game, You confirm that You have read, understood and agree to these Terms and to Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. These Terms form a binding agreement between You and the Company.
2. Eligibility
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and We do not knowingly permit anyone under 13 to use the Service. If You are a minor in Your country of residence, You may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
3. Licence to Use the Game
Subject to these Terms, We grant You a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Game on a device that You own or control, solely for Your personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.
You agree that You will not:
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the Game, except where permitted by law;
- use cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorised third-party software to modify or interfere with the Game;
- access the Service using any method other than the interface and instructions We provide;
- sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit the Game or any part of it;
- disrupt, overburden or impair the servers or networks that support the Service.
4. Your Account
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under Your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify Us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Virtual Items and Purchases
The Game may allow You to purchase, with real money, a limited licence to access virtual items, in-game currency, or other content ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash or anything of value outside the Game, and are not Your property.
- All purchases are processed by the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to that store's terms and refund policies.
- Except where required by law, all purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable.
- We may manage, regulate, modify, or remove Virtual Items at any time, with or without notice, and We have no liability to You for doing so.
- Virtual Items may be forfeited if Your account is terminated or the Service is discontinued.
6. User Conduct and Content
The Game includes multiplayer, alliance and chat features. You are solely responsible for the content You submit and Your interactions with other players. You agree not to post, transmit or share content that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes the rights of others, and not to impersonate any person or entity.
By submitting content through the Service, You grant Us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, host, store, reproduce and display that content in connection with operating and providing the Service. We may, but are not obliged to, monitor, remove or edit content that violates these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Game and all associated materials — including software, artwork, characters, names, logos, audio, text and design — are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant You any ownership rights in the Game.
8. Third-Party Stores and Services
The Game is distributed through third-party platforms and may rely on third-party services. Your use of those platforms and services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the practices of any third party.
9. Updates and Availability
We may update, modify or discontinue the Game or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with Your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate Your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if You breach these Terms or if We discontinue the Service. Upon termination, Your licence to use the Game ends and You may lose access to Your account and any Virtual Items. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to You in Your country of residence.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
