The Ruler's Beast
In peacetime, the ruler can summon a mighty Ruler's Monster — an alliance-only loot boss worth rallying the whole team for.
Broadcast to the realm
Rulers can now send server-wide messages to every player (on a cooldown) and read replies straight from the throne panel.
Throne treasury & tax
A fixed throne tax feeds the treasury, and a new Troops tab lets the ruler review every army stationed at the seat — and kick freeloaders.
